In these Terms:

• "User" refers to an individual or entity purchasing our services.
• "Content" refers to the final trial experience provided to the user.

Service Terms

All trial services are governed by a separate User Agreement, which includes:

• Trial Content and Rules
• Platform Feature Introduction
• Top-up and Withdrawal
• Feedback and Suggestions
• Platform Usage Rules

The User Agreement takes precedence over these Terms on specific matters.

3. User Responsibilities

User Commitments:

• Provide complete and accurate trial requirements
• Supply all necessary reference information
• Respond promptly to feedback requests
• Complete top-ups within the agreed timeframe

4. Trials and Payments

All pricing is in RMB unless otherwise stated.

• New users receive a special gift package on their first top-up
• Withdrawals can be requested at any time during the trial
• Delayed top-ups may incur additional fees

5. Content Updates

Our Standard Services Include:

• Featured Game Recommendations
• Multiple Trial Modes

Additional content adjustments will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon Completion of Top-up, Users Will Receive:

• Users are granted exclusive rights to the trial content experience
• PG Electronic Simulator reserves the right to showcase trial results in promotional materials
• Trial data belongs to PG Electronic Simulator, unless otherwise agreed

7. Account Management

Account Deactivation Terms:

• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time, subject to relevant regulations
• Refunds are not provided once services have commenced after top-up
• Users are responsible for all services utilized

8. Limitation of Liability

PG Electronic Simulator Does Not Assume Responsibility For:

• Losses resulting from user operational errors
• Disruptions caused by third-party platform issues
• Problems arising from inaccurate user-provided information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific project.

9. Platform Usage

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Unauthorized use of our platform content
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Using this platform for any illegal purposes
• Interfering with the platform's normal operation

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the changes.
